How to Win

There will be two winning categories: individual and company. The participant with the highest individual point total at the end of the Challenge period will win the Grand Prize. There will also be prizes for second and third place finishers. Additionally, each individual participant in the Challenge will earn points for the company that he or she is representing. Prizes will be awarded to companies that finish first, second, or third in the company point standings at the end of the Challenge period. Finally, a random drawing will be conducted at the end of the Challenge. Every participant, regardless of their point total, will be eligible for the random drawing prize.

Keeping Track of Points

The point standings will be posted on the SDG Secure Challenge portal. Participants will be issued a login credential to access the standings on the portal.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Participants must be a full time employee of the company that he or she is representing. Contractors or subcontractors e not eligible.
  • Participants must register online at sdgsecure.com; no e-mail or phone registrations will be accepted.
  • For the team competition, we will attempt to have individuals from the same company on the same team. However, this arrangement will not always be possible due to the number of participants and structure of the event .
  • For the Executive Day at the Races event, the definition of an executive is someone in a high level management capacity(president, vice president, c-level officer, etc).
  • Participants must register for the Challenge and for each individual event separately.

How to Earn Points

Individual and company points will be issued in multiple ways:

 

Online Activities - There will be several online activites to be completed for varing amounts of points throughout the year.  Details about these event will be emailed to you as they are created.

 

Referral - Invite a friend or colleague to register a SDG Secure Challenge event and earn 250 points when they attend.  Make sure you inform Danielle Bennett either by email (dbennett@sdgsecure.com) or at the event.

 

Testimonial - Submit a testimonial about an event you attended to dbennett@sdgsecure.com. If it is used by SDG, you will receive 100 points.

 

Hosting an Event - Host the next SDG Secure Challenge live event in your area to earn 500 bonus points for you and your company.  For more details, please contact Danielle Bennett at dbennett@sdgsecure.com or at 859.685.3485.
