Incident Response

SDG’s Security Emergency Response Team (SERT) can be mobilized on short notice to assist a client in defending and stopping a security breach. These incidents include hacking attacks, web defacements, denial of services, virus attacks and more. Our team is equipped with the tools and processes to remotely address a security incident almost immediately from our data center, while the on-site team is in route to the client’s location.
